  Consider that from a Sydney wider Crown always been my destination and their service is excellent and room always been spectacular, the stay this time at excuetive suite has been less then impressive. Not only request to upgrade despite grants and paid for after arrival is not fulfilled, communication issue between guest services and front desk keep us waiting in room for 2 hours without knowing what's happening with luggage all packed up. James say closing down overseas to concentrate on local casino experience. I think there is a lot more work to do.
